At Arabian Oud, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order 

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Opened or used perfumes – Only sealed, unused products are eligible for return. Return of a partially used product is only permitted if a manufacturing defect is found.

* Products with a verified manufacturing defect may only be exchanged for the same item.

* Exchanges for a different product are not permitted. Customers wishing to purchase a different item must return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

* Oud wood and oud oil – Due to their delicate nature, these items are non-returnable.

* Partially used gift bags – Returns are not accepted once any item has been used.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.       Login into your account.

2.       Go to your User Dashboard >> My Orders.

3.       Click on the respective order you wish to return.

4.       Select the Return option and follow the return flow.

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it to ensure it meets our return guidelines. If approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

After we receive the item and confirm it is in fully re-sellable condition, we will process your refund and notify you once it has been issued.

Important Notes:

The online store is separate from our physical stores. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Arabian Oud (country) stores under any circumstances.

You must complete your purchase as a registered user to proceed with a return request.
